What you say..
"Karen makes training so much easier with target swims and interesting sessions. She asked about my life/work balance and wrote my plan around that. I feel like I got so much more from her experience than was expected. Phone calls to reassure and hugs as needed. Looking forward to even bigger plans for 2024. Thanks Karen". Nicola
