Vals victorious Coniston
Friday 21st July, following a build up training plan , Val started her solo Coniston. Always a little nervous and doubting her capabilities she started her swim waved of by her biggest fans.
The weather was great, the temperature perfect and 3 hours and 56 minutes later, Val with the biggest smile ever touched the jetty! Solo Coniston complete. What a super star!
