An hour swim turns into a Coniston Solo!

Following guiding a super successful solo , I chose to jump in for an hour swim. Not planning on a Coniston Solo I asked Dave to let me know at 1 hour. The water was a lovely temperature and it was nice to know you were one of the few in Coniston, super special really. At the hour I asked Dave to give me a shout in 30 minutes. The wind picked up and was slapping across the water making it difficult for Dave to keep the Rib nearby and me feeling a bit bashed about, strangely though I just wanted to keep swimming.

Fuelled on some juice we had on the boat and attitude I completed a Coniston Solo, unplanned but thats sometimes the best way.
