Another week of amazing swimmers enjoying their challenges whether it was a solo or team training swim. Lindy Woodrow a super sonic 65 year old set the week off in style with an amazing swim. Fit as a fiddle this lady and was a joy throughout. 7 hours and 35 minutes of solid swimming and Lindy had conquered Windermere (again ).

Next up was Relay Team brought together to get 1 mum out of the house and her neighbour's confidence up in preparation for a swim adventure. Lou , Jo and Uswim's Karen split the distance and had a grand day out on the water. Jo started the team off from Fell Foot, an ex polo player shot off and it was pretty clear she was loving it. Lou was so excited to get in and loved every stroke giving her a real confidence boost for the challenge in a few weeks time. Karen played her part well and in 5 hours 55 minutes the ladies finished together - the only way a team swim should.
